Welcome to the New FABL Site!

👋 Hey there,

The FABL website is going to be undergoing some major changes and improvements over the course of the season (and likely into the future).

As a result of these changes, the website is going to feel a bit different (hopefully in a positive way!). Our goal is to make the website to be as helpful/useful to players, coaches, parents, and fans alike.

Here are a few things that are new and exciting with the website:

• The website interface has been completely reworked to be mobile device friendly. This was a long overdue upgrade and should allow easy access to the content without the need to pinch/zoom.
• We have added a 5-day weather forecast widget.
• The scholarship page has been improved to keep an archive of previous recipients.
• We’ve converted some of the league rules that were previously PDF documents into accessible pages for easer access.
• We have the capability to show global announcements, and feature specific content on the homepage. This will help us highlight important notifications and content compared to the old site.

There are a few other upgrades/ideas that we have on our roadmap including but not limited to:

• Better/easier access for stats and past season results.
• A more accessible way to see the game schedule and per-game results.
• A media gallery for uploading photos of the games.

We don’t have a timeline for everything above, but we’ll be making iterative improvements over the course of the next few seasons. We’ll keep you updated on any major features we add as we chug along.
