IMPORTANT INFORMATION LEADING INTO THE PLAYOFFS

Coaches, Players and Parents,

We have had to make a change to the schedule because of a miscommunication with St. Stephen’s on gym space this Wednesday, Ash Wednesday.  Two of Wednesday’s games have implication for the “PLAY IN” games on Friday.  Sailors vs. Bufano has been rescheduled for 9:00 PM on Tuesday.  This also means that all other Tuesday games will start 30 minutes earlier.

Hillman vs Purple Rain will play on Thursday at 6:00 PM.  This means that all other Thursday games have been moved back 30 minutes.

The Blueberries vs. Words Up will play Friday at 6:00 PM.  This means that final seeding and Saturday’s schedule for the SWEET 16 won’t be finalized until immediately after that game is played.  BTW, PLAY IN games will be late Thursday evening after the final game.

DAMGER OF FALLING ICE AT THE GYM

Sheets of ice are falling from the metal roof at St Stephen’s Gym so we are closing the normal egress and asking people to go in the entrance to the left of the gym.  Please remember that this area is usually off limits to us and we should be careful not to track too much dirty and water into the area.

Also, there are two tables of lost and found in the hallway laid out for all to see.  Look and see if something on that table is yours and grab it.  This is last call because everything that is not claimed will be donated this week.
